Caterpillar of Parnassius Apollo, Visperterminen

The caterpillar of the Parnassius Apollo butterfly feeds only on the leaves of wild stonecrop. This plant often grows on walls in the southern part of Switzerland. Observed in the terraced vineyard of Visperterminen.
